Conditions of Sale, Shipping, Payment, Refund and Exchange


1-Condition of sale

All the products of the Virtual Store are destined to the State Security Forces and Corps, for which accreditation will be required to carry out the purchase.

2-Returns and changes

3-Force Majeure Cases

In cases of force majeure that hinder the manufacture or delivery of the products ordered, Partenon will have the right to delay delivery and in case the causes persist for more than one month, to cancel the orders without obligation of compensation. The following will be considered cases of force majeure, among others: strikes, lack of transportation, accidents in factories, fires ...

4-Shipping costs

The prices are fixed in Euros and with their corresponding VAT. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT.

If the purchase exceeds the 150 € the shipping costs to peninsula (including Portugal) will be free. If the purchase does not exceed 150 € the shipping costs for the peninsula will be 5 € + VAT. The shipment will be the responsibility of the transport company Correos Express, with delivery date 24 / 72 hours in normal stock and transport conditions.

- Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be 10 € + VAT for amounts less than 150 € and will have free shipping, for purchases that exceed 150 €.

- Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be 15 € for purchases less than 150 €, and for purchases greater than 150 € free shipping.

-The international shipments as well as those made to the rest of Europe will be subject to the transport rate.

5-Customs procedures and special taxes in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Partenon will not be responsible for the cost of the customs procedures that the transport company will carry out, nor for the payment of the IGIC and IPSI, for which it will be borne by the client. Having to pay to receive the merchandise.

6-Payment with bank transfer
